The Academy for Educational Development engaged Fig Leaf Software while reviewing Content Management Systems for their public Web site.  After careful review and consideration, AED selected CommonSpot so that their non-technical content contributors would be able to publish information to their public Web site.

AED focuses on providing people around the world with the tools they need to improve their own lives and help build a better future for themselves, their families, their community, their nation, and the world.

Since AED already had a new design created, Fig Leaf worked with the internal AED development staff to implement CommonSpot.  Fig Leaf implemented the new navigation and design within the CommonSpot templates, implemented the security and groups and built out the entire CommonSpot structure.  Fig Leaf provided the AED technical team with a knowledge transfer to ensure that they understood the new site structure and architecture.  Fig Leaf also provided the Certified CommonSpot for Content Contributors class to bring the key contributors up to speed on how to use CommonSpot.
