Financial loan guarantor, Fannie Mae was interested in a usability analysis for their online "eDelivery" and "eCommitting" loan processing applications. As a follow-up the project manager for Fannie Mae requested that Fig Leaf assemble its findings in a Flash based presentation.

Fig Leaf Software developed a dynamic Flash presentation that explored the problems found with the existing online systems. The presentation was built to be flexible enough for the Fannie Mae project manager to tailor the message to his audience.

Working with the Fig Leaf team, the Fannie Mae project manager delivered the final presentation to Fannie Mae executives.  The presentation was well received and the majority of the Fig Leaf recommendations were implemented.
